Within the GAIA-X4PLC-AAD research project, we at TrianGraphics have been excited to collaborate with 3D Mapping Solutions to bring the STUTTGART-Vaihingen Digital Twin simulation environment to life.
Starting from their ultra high-quality HD maps — generated through precise mobile mapping and enriched with comprehensive road data — we used our software, Trian3DBuilder, to transform this data into fully immersive, simulation-ready 3D environments.
This collaboration marks an important step forward in seamlessly integrating 3D Mapping Solutions HD-maps into Trian3DBuilder, enabling efficient workflows for a wide range of use cases —from urban environments to highways and diverse automotive testing scenarios.
